We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team in the German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Cybersecurity Services position in Greece. In this vital role, you will act as the first line of defense, providing expert support to clients navigating complex digital security challenges and reinforcing trust in an increasingly interconnected cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients regarding advanced cybersecurity software solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot security-related inquiries to ensure optimal protection of client data and infrastructure.




Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive advice and incident guidance.
Guide users through complex authentication, encryption, and system recovery processes via email, chat, and phone.
Document detailed service reports and security incidents to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority cybersecurity escalations swiftly and professionally.

Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
