Responsibilities The Regional Head of Supply Chain is responsible for setting and executing the end-to-end SC strategy across the region, ensuring optimal service, cost and working capital performance.
The role leads planning, logistics,



distribution and customer service activities aligning supply chain capabilities with commercial and operational priorities to support growth and resilience.
Serves as a strong partner to the Head of Commercial and Head of Operations to balance stakeholder needs and grow the business.
Strategy and Leadership
- Define and implement the regional SC strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Own end-to end SC performance (service, cost, inventory and risks)
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and accountability
- Lead and develop a regional team of senior SC professionals

Planning and Inventory management
- Responsible for the Sales & Operations planning/Integrated business planning process
- Manage the regional S&OP; / IBP Leader
- Define & track Supply Chain KPI’s

Team leadership & organizational Development
- Drive capability building and succession planning

Risk Management
- Identify and miti
