Job Description
As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by bridging the gap between technical expertise and client requirements. You will work closely with the sales team (CEMs) to understand customer needs and demonstrate how our technical solutions can address those needs effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of Time and Frequency systems level products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a technical advisor to the sales team, providing insights and recommendations on product capabilities, compatibility, and customization options based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product trainings to potential clients.




- Assist in the creation of technical proposals, bids, and quotations by translating customer requirements into detailed technical specifications (and cost estimates together with CEM).
- Conduct product demonstrations either remotely or on-site to showcase key features, functionalities, and benefits to prospective clients. Address technical questions and concerns during demonstrations to ensure a clear understanding of the product's value proposition.
- Create test plans and conduct verification tests such as acceptance testing and proofs of concept (PoC). Create test reports and discuss results with clients.
- Develop and maintain project‑specific and customized technical documentation, including test plans/reports, customized specifications, solution descriptions and FAQs to support the sales process and facilitate customer understanding.
