Role
In this role, you will take ownership of the full talent management perspective, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, networking, sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, employer branding, talent management, and onboarding. You’ll work closely with consultants, leadership, and the Integral Talent Team to drive Netlight’s long-term, sustainable growth.
