Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for consulting and technical roles. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, coordinating the hiring process,



and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our team and business. You will:

- Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and consulting positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes

Requirements
This should be part of your background to collaborate with us:
