We are looking for a Service Supply Chain General Process Transformation Lead, Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert in SAP S4 to lead the transformation of logistics, customs, and compliance processes across HP’s Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey.

What You Will Be Accountable For
You will act as the Subject Matter Expert on the global process, bridging business, technology, and operations.

- Process ownership & transformation
- Define and standardize end-to-end logistics,
customs, and compliance processes
- Drive simplification and harmonization across regions
- Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with future operating models
- SAP S/4 & digital enablement
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities
- Translate business needs into system improvements and enhancements
- Support implementation and adoption of new solutions
- Global collaboration & influence
- Work with stakeholders across EMEA and Americas
- Partner with Logistics, Compliance, and other Global Process Owners
- Lead alignment on complex, cross-functional topics
- Continuous improvement & problem solving
- Identify gaps and drive resolution of critical operational challenges
- Support escalations and define sustainable solutions
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
