In this field-based role, you drive indirect channel operations across Southern Europe (Spain and Portugal), ensuring global ICM standards and partner performance. You work with local leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, embed compliance, and deliver measurable results. As a key member of Iberia leadership and the EMEA Leadership Team, you align execution with division priorities and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role shaping cross-functional execution and governance for sustainable growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end indirect channel processes and lifecycle (onboarding, contracting, ongoing monitoring) within IC Hub, coordinating with ICM Operations SE.
• Drive leadership alignment, facilitate forums, and resolve conflicts to ensure adoption of global ICM standards.
• Elevate strategic and operational standards of IC Sponsors through structured training, coaching,



and support for leaders and stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate Partnership Reviews to enable informed decisions, growth, and risk mitigation.
• Act as ICM business partner for the EMEA Division, optimizing the indirect commercial organization with local counterparts.
• Minimize compliance risk by enforcing policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead governance framework implementation (processes, policies, controls) to mitigate risk at the division level.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve ICM risks and issues, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Coordinate CMA-related activities and investigations for timely, compliant outcomes.
• Represent and advocate for ICM across leadership engagements, safeguarding reputation and stakeholder relationships.
