About The Role
As we expand our footprint in Iberia (Spain & Portugal), we are looking for a versatile, proactive, and highly adaptable Customer Success & Implementation Specialist to spearhead our regional operational launch.
In this role, you will be the main touchpoint for our Iberian clients, seamlessly blending technical onboarding/implementation with strategic client relationship management and local market development. You will handle everything from platform setup and user training to spotting regional growth opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction.
If you are a resourceful, hands‑on professional who speaks native Spanish, understands local business dynamics, and enjoys wearing multiple operational and commercial hats—this role is for you.
