ABOUT THE ES TECHNOLOGY TEAMThe Technology Team is the driving force behind all our technical infrastructure, networks, corporate systems, and software IT. It is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the entire technical landscape, which serves as the foundation for all permanent and event-based services for our customers (e.g., media organizations, sports federations, and event enterprises).
YOUR MISSIONAs Eurovision Services transforms from a hardware-based environment to a scalable, platform-driven operating model, the Broadcast Systems Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and continuity of our broadcast services throughout that journey.
This role will own the operation, maintenance,



and lifecycle management of the broadcast infrastructure that powers our contribution and distribution services. From physical and virtual systems to broadcast equipment, racks, networking, and on-premises infrastructure, you will ensure our technology remains reliable, resilient, and ready to support mission-critical live events.
As a Broadcast Systems Engineer, you will report to the Platform Infrastructure team, while working closely with the Platform Architecture team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESInfrastructure Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain the broadcast and infrastructure stack within Eurovision Services' facilities and data centers, covering hardware, racks, broadcast equipment, and the systems that run on them.
- Own day-to-day operational tasks across the infrastructure lifecycle — installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade — in line with the lifecycle plans and standards defined by Platform Infrastructure leadership.
