As an inhouse lead for Lead-to-Cash, you design, optimize, and implement end-to-end L2C processes within TecAlliance’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable D365FO solutions and contribute to digital transformation and operational excellence. You’ll work in a general, cross-functional BizApps team to streamline processes, governance, and data flows. This role offers meaningful impact across international Rollouts and data migrations, with a strong focus on modern cloud-based business operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs for the L2C process
• Configure D365FO setup within the L2C domain and propose gap-filling solutions
• Support Marketing, Sales and Customer Support teams in optimizing sales processes and resolving system issues
• Prepare, conduct,



and moderate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs
• Manage security role creation and alignment with the global security framework
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers by translating business needs into mid-level technical specifications
• Manage D365FO setup for new legal entities and support data migration activities
• Ensure compliance and governance through process reviews, KPI tracking, and security considerations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance u0026 Operations (D365FO), and Customer Service
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and process optimization xqbhyrx
• Experience in requirements engineering, process documentation, and solution design
• Experience supporting international rollouts and data m
