Position: Digital Content & Optimization Specialist | Location: Barcelona / Madrid / Lisboa / Porto | Reports to: Digital Platform Manager

Purpose of the roleYou will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital platforms and CRM communications for the Portuguese market, ensuring high‑quality content delivery and continuous improvement of the customer journey.



You will work across CMS and CRM platforms, contributing to both local and group‑level initiatives, with a direct impact on the user and guest experience in an international environment.
What you will do
- Content & CMS Management: Manage and update content across digital platforms (website, app, kiosks) using our CMS (Umbraco), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business and UX guidelines.
- CRM Campaign Management: Create and manage CRM campaigns (newsletters and push notifications), including content creation, layout, segmentation, and publishing through tools such as Movio (similar platforms: Mailchimp / Klaviyo).
- Digital Channel Coordination: Ensure content consistency and proper deployment across all digital touchpoints, contributing to a smooth and engaging customer journey.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor performance using Google Analytics (basic level) and leverage insights
