Responsibilities
- Business Partnering. Support the business with financial insights and act as a trusted sparring partner in operational and day-to-day decision-making.
- Financial Analysis & Insights. Prepare and analyze financial data to track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decisions.
- Budget & Forecasting. Support and drive the budget and forecast processes in close collaboration with Sales, accounting and business stakeholders, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines.




- Financial Reporting. Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly performance reviews, sales reporting, and variance analysis.
- Performance Management. Monitor business performance, support productivity improvements, and help standardize financial processes across the organization.
- Customer Bonus Management. Ensure a standardized setup of customer bonus agreements in the Core Markets and maintain full transparency and control over customer bonus accruals and provisions.
- One Set of Numbers. Ensure consistency and alignment across all financial reports, including customer bonus calculations and accruals.
- Investment & Cost Control. Support investment planning, cost control initiatives, and follow-up on financial targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial understanding and alignment with business objectives.
