Key Responsibilities
Quotation Preparation & Management
* Create and prepare quotations based on customer requests and sales team requirements using approved systems and templates.
* Gather, validate and maintain customer information, pricing details, product specifications and commercial terms.
* Ensure quotations are complete, accurate and aligned with company standards and pricing policies.
* Apply approved pricing structures, discounts and commercial terms in accordance with established guidelines.
