As Senior Product Manager for Visibility, you will own how doctors are ranked and surfaced in our marketplace and manage paid visibility products to grow adoption. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to drive onboarding, retention, and ROI, while balancing patient experience with doctor outcomes. This role is data-driven and AI-enabled, shaping discovery, experimentation, and execution across markets. You’ll help scale a premier patient–doctor marketplace that serves millions while preserving a startup mindset.

• Own Doctor Success strategy and outcomes
• Co-own core success metrics (retention, churn, zero-booking reduction)
• Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing from onboarding to renewal
• Design differentiated success journeys for segments and maturity levels
• Own ranking, relevance, and visibility logic across marketplace search




• Balance patient experience with doctor outcomes and define guardrails
• Define evaluation frameworks, metrics, and experiments for ranking quality
• Own roadmap and business logic for paid visibility products (First Class, Media360)
• Make ROI of paid visibility transparent and repeatable
• Work with SQL and analytics tools to size opportunities and validate decisions
• Instrument products, build dashboards, and run experiments
• Drive an experimentation culture with hypotheses and A/B tests
• Operate as an AI-native PM using tools like Claude and Cursor for discovery and prototyping
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams to deliver impact
• Evolve marketplace and AI-native product practices across the organization
