Your Mission & ImpactAs a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions that create value for leading international clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1--2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Madrid: Hybrid model.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define solutions.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure business requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and development teams.
- Support testing activities by validating delivered functionalities against business requirements.
