Main responsibilities:
- Innovation and Development: Lead packaging innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring designs are functional, attractive, and sustainable.
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the development of new packaging under his/her scope, working closely with marketing, production, and quality teams.
- Market Research: Analyse market trends and consumer needs to develop standout packaging solutions.
