- The Commercial Data & CRM Operations Analyst is a hands‑on partner to Commercial teams responsible for executing and scaling CRM capabilities while ensuring high‑quality, reliable commercial master data. This role combines CRM platform execution with Master Data Management (MDM) operations to improve field effectiveness, data quality, and commercial decision‑making across EMEA.

Where you come in:




- Build, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM / Vault features (objects, layouts, rules, workflows, reports, dashboards) aligned to commercial priorities, enabling efficient and insight‑driven field execution.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, balancing user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Operate day‑to‑day Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including evaluating and maintaining customer (HCP / HCO / account) data using established business rules and data quality criteria.
- Execute data quality improvements across MDM and CRM, including data clean‑up initiatives, validation, and maintenance of customer hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes.
- Support MDM and CRM integration activities, including onboarding, data migration, and alignment of legacy data with current business and system requirements.
