As Product Lead, you will shape and execute the product vision for our midcore live games. You will partner with studio leadership, creatives, and analytics to define strategy, prioritize features, and drive LiveOps initiatives. You’ll own the roadmap, run data-driven experiments, and balance long-term vision with hands-on execution. This role places you at the heart of a fast-growing, global studio, influencing monetization, progression, and player motivation. You join a high-energy team delivering enduring, high-impact games from a world-leading hybrid publisher.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap with the studio team
• Own prioritization and planning across core gameplay, progression, monetization, and LiveOps
• Create clear product specs for features, systems, and experiments
• Build and manage the A/B testing roadmap and ensure data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Game Design on progression, economy,
balancing, and player motivation
• Align product direction with Creative Director to meet gameplay and business objectives
• Partner with Analytics to monitor performance, segment players, diagnose issues, and identify growth opportunities
• Take ownership of product, business, and team-level decisions with a GM mindset
• Balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product management or lead game design in mobile gaming
• Experience scaling mobile games and launching major features or improving key KPIs
• Experience with action, PvP, competitive or skill-based games
• Hands-on game design experience around progression, economy, balancing, or player motivation
• Strong background in live mobile games, ideally midcore or hybrid-casual-to-midcore
• Deep understanding xqbhyrx of F2P game loops
• Proven track record owning product strategy, roadm
