What You Will Be Responsible For
- Efficient facilities management: You ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, monitor supplies, and manage relationships with landlords and building service providers.
- Proactive vendor coordination: You act as the primary contact for external suppliers, monitor service quality, coordinate deliveries, and swiftly resolve operational issues when necessary.
- Smooth logistics handling: You coordinate the receipt and dispatch of office goods, samples, and business shipments while resolving any issues related to delayed or damaged deliveries.
- Heartfelt employee support: You serve as the first point of contact for office requests, support onboarding activities, and coordinate visitor management alongside internal team events.
