In this role, you will lead Fever’s global growth engine by shaping the acquisition strategy and owning the related Pu0026amp;L. You’ll steer a large cross-functional marketing organization, directing paid media and user acquisition across markets to drive scalable ROI. You’ll translate business goals into data-driven roadmaps that connect strategy, creative, and analytics, while experimenting with new channels and formats. You’ll work closely with Growth, Creative, Product, and Data teams to push efficient growth and impact at scale.

• Oversee paid acquisition across channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, emerging platforms)
• Drive data-driven decision-making via advanced measurement, attribution, and automation
• Lead creative experimentation and personalization to improve conversion and LTV
• Champion channel and format innovation to reach new audiences globally
• Build and scale a high-performing acquisition team; collaborate across Growth, Creative, Product, Data, CRM
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pacing to optimize spend and efficiency
