As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Gurobi Optimization, your role primarily involves guiding prospective customers in integrating mathematical optimization technology into enterprise‑grade software solutions. This goes far beyond technical advice. You bring clarity, build confidence, and drive progress for everyone along the customer journey.

Technical Account Management at Gurobi is part of the sales organization. We are a team of product and technology experts who partner closely with sales to help drive new business and deliver value to our customers. Technical Account Managers use their expertise to guide key implementation decisions and system architecture.
