Generative AI Artist - AI Filmmaker
We are seeking a Generative AI Artist & Filmmaker who lives at the intersection of art and code. You are not just a prompt engineer; you are a visual storyteller who understands lighting, composition, and editing, but uses neural networks as your camera.

In this role, you will lead the creation of AI-generated video content, moving beyond "uncanny valley" demos into polished, narrative-driven, broadcast-quality assets. You will experiment with the latest models, build custom workflows, and integrate AI outputs into traditional post-production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept to Creation: Translate creative briefs into stunning AI-generated imagery and video using tools like Midjourney, Runway, Luma, and Stable Diffusion.
- Workflow Architecture: Design and maintain complex workflows in ComfyUI to solve specific visual problems,



such as character consistency, temporal stability, and specific artistic style transfer.
- Motion & Video Synthesis: Generate high-quality video clips, handling img2vid, text2vid, and video-to-video style transfer.
- Post-Production Integration: Take raw AI outputs and refine them using traditional tools (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) for upscaling, frame interpolation, color grading, and compositing.
- R&D;: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI developments. Test new models, LoRAs, and ControlNets daily to keep our studio ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

- Mastery of Gen AI Video: Deep experience with Runway (Gen-2/3), Pika, Luma Dream Machine, or Kling.
- Stable Diffusion Expertise: Proficiency in ComfyUI. You understand ControlNet, IP-Adapter, AnimateDiff, and LoRA training.
- A Cinematic Eye: You understand the language of film—focal lengths, shutter angles, three-point lighting, and shot composition
