Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and email inboxes, prioritizing tasks and gathering information to support decision-making for the Manager and the team when required;
- provide administrative support to the Manager and team.
- Anticipate and identify needs whenever possible;
- organize meetings and planning activities;
- coordinate with other assistants, stakeholders, and functions.
- Manage meeting minutes (MoM), including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain distribution lists up to date.
- Manage logistics for events, weblives, and other team activities.
- Take ownership of internal and external communications within the team.
- Contribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.
- Handle office administrative tasks (telephone support,



meeting and event administration, HR requirements, expense management, etc.);
- serve as the focal point for IT and facilities management;
- support the organization of events and weblives.
- Manage team logistics, including office supplies and travel arrangements.
- Promote initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint by minimizing printing, plastic use, and waste generation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment
- High level of motivation to lead complex projects
- English: Negotiation level
- Spanish: Fluent
