In this role you own the strategy and delivery of complex, first-time automation infrastructure deployments across Amazon's general fulfillment network. You will shape deployment plans, manage end-to-end infrastructure builds, and build scalable processes that enable later teams to operate with minimal oversight. You’ll influence senior leaders within a VP organization and mentor junior engineers, working across regions and time zones to drive impactful automation programs. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of robotics, platforms, and global deployment.

• Evaluate and deploy large-scale automation technologies across multiple countries and building types
• Streamline processes, reduce dependencies, and prevent development collisions
