What This Position Offers




Real impact through data – You will help define and standardise operational KPIs that are actually used to make decisions around SLAs, capacity and productivity. Your work will directly influence how teams operate.

End‑to‑end visibility of operations – You’ll gain a deep understanding of operational processes, working across functions and collaborating with SMEs and IT teams.

Hands‑on development in SQL and Power BI – You’ll actively use SQL for data extraction and validation, and Power BI to build and maintain dashboards—strengthening practical, in‑demand skills.
