About The Role
We now have the opportunity for a IT Operations Technician to join our Technology Department.
Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.
The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe's largest IoT platforms.
Your Future Team
The IT Operations team monitors and supports critical systems to ensure stability and minimize downtime. They handle alerts and incidents promptly,
resolving issues whenever possible or escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders, to restore services quickly and effectively. The team is essential for maintaining operational continuity and driving process improvements.
Your mission

- Monitor critical systems to detect anomalies early and trigger rapid incident response across alerting platforms.
- Triage incoming incidents with accuracy, ensuring they follow the right workflow and priority path.
- Assess impact and execute first-response actions using predefined troubleshooting steps to contain issues quickly.
- Escalate and coordinate with second-level teams, driving continuous improvement in incident handling and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in IT operations, monitoring, SOC, or NOC roles.
- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., Jira, Opsgenie, Helix).
