At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the DACH market to help us support and scale our DACH team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of supporting our existing clients, you'll be in charge of regularly engaging with clients, develop personalised sales strategies, and serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs,



and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- Support & Feedback: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
- Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
- Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
