Position Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly organized Finance Administrator – Administrativo Contable to lead our day‑to‑day financial operations and administrative functions. In this role, you won’t just be processing paperwork—you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), manage payroll administration, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

As a senior member of the administrative team, you will act as a key bridge between operations and executive leadership, turning financial data into actionable insights that support our growth. Idóneo candidates should have experience with the USA market or Spanish market.





Key Responsibilities

- Financial Operations Management: Oversee end‑to‑end processing of AP and AR, including vendor management, client invoicing, collections, and expense reconciliation.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, tracking benefits deductions, tax withholdings, and compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing financial workflows and implement software or procedural upgrades to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax professionals; ensure all practices align with GAAP (or local standards) and tax regulations.
