About BUZZ
BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank rental network combining a mobile application with a POS
solution powered by Tap-to-Rent technology. Users can rent a power bank in bars, cafés,
shopping malls, hotels, and airports, and return it at any BUZZ location within the network. The
company is actively scaling across multiple cities and countries, rapidly building commercial,
tech, and field teams.

Role Mission
To own and elevate the people function at BUZZ by driving fast, high-quality recruitment while
simultaneously building a modern HR infrastructure. You will manage the end-to-end talent
lifecycle, optimize internal HR workflows, and establish an authentic employer brand that
attracts top talent in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment & Employer Branding (Core Focus)
● Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for commercial, operational,
and field roles across multiple regions.
● Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, niche
networks, and direct outreach.




● Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for BUZZ, ensuring a seamless,
respectful, and high-energy interview process.
● Employer Branding: Design and execute initiatives to build BUZZ’s employer brand
(e.g., optimizing company pages, creating culture content, and defining our unique value
proposition) to attract inbound talent.

2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
● Brand Strategy: Design and execute initiatives to build and launch BUZZ’s employer
brand across core talent markets.
● Content & Presence: Collaborate with Marketing Manager to create social media
presence (e.g., LinkedIn Life pages, Glassdoor) and create compelling cultural content
that showcases what it’s like to work at BUZZ.
● Value Proposition: Define and communicate BUZZ’s unique Employer Value
Proposition (EVP) to convert passive candidates into enthusiastic applicants.
● Inbound Strategy: Develop creative recruitment
