Manage cross-functional projects involving hardware, software, and production, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met;
Coordinate with the different R&D; teams to align priorities, resources, and technical needs;
Lead the product life cycle, from requirements analysis and gathering through verification, validation, and production release;
Ensure the progress and successful delivery of customer projects on time and according to plan, anticipating risks and proposing solutions;
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, production, and leadership;
Coordinate the technical and human resources involved in the development process;
Prepare reports, technical documentation, procedures, and progress updates;
Facilitate communication between the technical team and the different CXOs, ensuring visibility into the status, progress, and needs of each project.
What do we need?

A degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or a related field;
Three or more years of experience managing technical projects,



preferably in R&D;, product, or engineering environments;
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, software, and production;
Autonomy, sound technical judgment, decision-making skills, and a results-oriented mindset;
Leadership, organization, and the ability to prioritize in demanding technical environments;
Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders;
Willingness to work as part of a team;
Fluent English.
