As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support the management of client relationships throughout the employee and client lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Working closely with the Relationship Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless service delivery, maintain positive client and worker relationships, and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. This role reports to the Relationship Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to develop account management, client service, and workforce solutions experience.

What you’ll be doing:

* Assisting the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day management of client accounts and workforce matters.
* Supporting the onboarding, implementation, and offboarding processes for clients and workers.
* Acting as a point of contact for client and worker queries, escalating complex issues to the Relationship Manager where required.
* Coordinating with internal departments including Solution Experts, Legal, Operations, Payroll and Finance.




* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and workers through regular communication and support.
* Providing administrative support including maintaining accurate client records, preparing documentation, and updating CRM systems.
* Uploading and maintaining accurate worker information and documentation on client health and safety, compliance, and workforce management platforms.
* Supporting client meetings, training sessions, and regular check-ins by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and following up on outstanding items.
* Monitoring client and worker requests to ensure service levels and response times are maintained.
* Assisting with the coordination of compliance requirements and ensuring required documentation is collected and maintained.
* Developing knowledge of client operations and workforce solutions to provide effective support and guidance.
