About the role:
As a Senior Agentic Business Analyst, you'll become a part of a cross-functional
development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will work in the
project for a leading global payments platform that connects businesses and
consumers across 260 payment types in over 40 countries. With over 20 years of
experience and an annual transaction volume exceeding $150 billion. You will
work in an automation COE, collaborating with a centralised AI Platform team,
IT, Dev Ops etc.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct Process Discovery: Partner with human agents to shadow workflows,
conduct detailed process walkthroughs,
and map end-to-end "as-is" processes
across 50+ operational areas
* Evaluate & Classify Opportunities: Assess candidate processes against
structured criteria to qualify and categorise them for Robotic Process
Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Agentic AI (Azure
specific)
* Calculate ROI & Prioritise: Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses
to build a high-value automation roadmap
* Draft Documentation: Author comprehensive Process Definition Documents
(PDDs)that translate business requirements into clear specifications for
developers
* Design Human-in-the-Loop Workflows: Architect "to-be" processes that
eliminate operational bottlenecks and create seamless handoffs between
automation tools and human agents for exception handling
* Lead Testing & Implementation: Collaborate with automation developers during
build cycles, define test scenarios, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
