Job Description
Are you passionate about turning business needs into practical digital solutions? We are looking for a Business Solutions Lead to help simplify, improve and automate key commercial processes across Syngenta Professional Solutions (SPS). In this role,



you will work with commercial teams, IT&D; partners and delivery teams to translate business priorities into clear requirements, workflows and data‑enabled solutions. You will help shape CRM, automation and low‑code/no‑code solutions that make work easier, improve adoption and support better decision‑making.

Accountabilities And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

- Map, analyze, and reimagine SPS commercial processes, with a focus on simplification before automation.
- Translate agreed SPS priorities into clear business requirements, workflow logic, user stories, and implementation‑ready inputs and feed them directly into the CDT global engineering hubs to maximize asset reuse.
- Partner with integral and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, adoptable, and aligned with Syngenta and SPS ways of working.
