We are currently seeking a Production Technician / Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in the Packaging Department.
Fields of Responsibility

- Supervise packaging processes and the assigned operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations during production.
- Monitor and adjust technical parameters throughout the packaging process.
- Prepare reports and track production performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure proper execution of procedures.
- Manage and update documentation related to packaging processes.
- Contribute to or lead improvement initiatives for packaging processes, including deviation reports and change controls.
- Degree in a scientific field (engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or similar).
- Minimum of 2–3 years in pharmaceutical production or a related environment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques.
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience using SAP for production management and inventory control.
