As General Sales Category Manager - Lifestyle, you bridge Publishing Studios, Partners and local offices to drive commercial success for Lifestyle categories (TCG or Accessories). You guide Go-to-Market and sales planning across international markets, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Publishing and Operations to maximize revenue for internal and third-party products. You’ll influence product launches, forecast performance and mitigate risks while aligning global objectives with local execution. This is a highly collaborative role shaping growth in a global gaming portfolio with sustainability and inclusion in mind.

• Main commercial point of contact for Lifestyle product categories across global markets
• Support commercialization of internally published and third-party products
• Drive alignment between global publishing objectives and local sales strategies




• Collaborate with Local Offices to develop sales forecasts and identify market opportunities
• Support Local Offices in creating and delivering Go-to-Market plans
• Coordinate global sales targets with studio and partner revenue objectives
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate product allocation, shipment schedules and availability for direct customers in the US and worldwide
• Work with Supply Chain, Operations and local teams to ensure timely product availability
• Support Marketing in delivering campaigns aligned to commercial priorities
• Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence for strategic decisions
• Prepare and present business updates, forecasts and performance reports to leadership
• Foster collaboration across international teams to ensure successful launches and growth
• Consistently demonstrate Asmodee’s values while delivering strong commercial results
