With operations worldwide, we combine general expertise with strong local execution. In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers.
What you will doThis role is called Demand Planner within Nutreco and you will be responsible for anticipating customer demand and translating it into accurate forecasts for Iberia production plants that drive our operations.
You will work at the intersection of data, market insights and operations, collaborating with Sales,



Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure that our production planning meets business needs efficiently and sustainably.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious and eager to learn, who wants to develop in an international environment while having a tangible impact at a local level.
- Build reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plans
- Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast
- Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias
- Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders
- Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia
