Partnership Sales Account Executive – French Markets

The Role

-
- Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners to join our partner program.
- Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
- Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems.
- Gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify pains and opportunities for further developing our partnership channel.
- Upsell additional Factorial products or services to partners based on client needs.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams, from Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/B2B/Partner relationships at a SaaS-based company or in digital‑transformation environments.
- Excellent communication skills and strong empathy with people.
- Proactive and eager to propose new ideas.
- Fluent in French (expert level) and English.

Bonus Points

- Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.
- Experience in partnership or channel sales.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Software, or Payroll domains.
- Experience in full‑cycle B2B sales.
- Experience working with SMBs.

Compensation
35.000€ to 55.000€ OTE, with a 70/30 split between fixed and variable components.
