Key Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of customer accountability for orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and other decision‑makers.
- Coordinate completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required for the customer.
- Provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on the customer’s areas of interest.
- Act as advisor for adoption of new features from Salesforce’s annual release schedules and identify potential challenges and risks to implementation.
- Act as advisor for integration of agentic AI into customer business processes, considering technology, workforce, data governance,



and ethical implications.
- Estimate and communicate the value of Signature Success, ensuring collaborators understand its value to drive renewal.
- Advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high‑severity cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and be available for after‑hour or weekend coverage as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Hands‑on field experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a competing platform, with a proven track record supporting Iberia‑based customers.
- Experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C‑level.
