Remote Work
All positions are completely remote but working hours are Central European Time (+/- 2h).
About the Role
Your main tasks will include:

Accounting & Close Management – Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, including preparatory bookkeeping, coordination with external advisors, managing AR/AP, handling intercompany bookings, bank reconciliations, and preparing reporting packs for internal and external audiences.
Revenue Operations – Send invoices to customers, perform dunning, automate processes, run Stripe reconciliations,



investigate failed‑payment cases, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Cash Management – Own day‑to‑day liquidity management, process invoices and expenses, make payments, coordinate with HR on payroll, and flag issues before they become problems.
FP&A; Support – Maintain and develop financial models, forecasts and budgets used to steer the business; maintain data pipelines that feed into plans, ensuring timely, accurate and reliable data.
Process & Systems Improvement – Identify and implement automation, reporting pipelines and workflow improvements that help the finance function scale.
Fundraising Support – Maintain organized, up‑to‑date financial records and documentation and support due diligence data rooms for potential funding or partnership opportunities.
Finance‑Adjacent Projects – Exposure to grants, transfer pricing, intercompany governance, fundraising, legal and compliance, HR.
