DescriptionAs a Senior Data Center Construction Manager specialising in off-site assembly and modularization, you will lead strategic transformation across AWS EMEA Construction. Acting as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will drive adoption of prefabricated, precast, and modular solutions across the EMEA data centre and power infrastructure portfolio which aggregates programmes spanning Civil, Structural, Architectural, Systems (CSAS), Mechanical Systems (MS), and Electrical Systems (ES).This role sits within the global Off‑Site Assembly program and partners closely with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, and Operations to:Reduce onsite labour requirementsImprove safety and quality through industrialised fabricationIntroduce schedule resilienceMitigate skilled labour shortages across European marketsWorking ConditionsBased in Zaragoza, Spain,this is an EMEA-wide strategic role influencing delivery across Spain, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France,
