As IT Domain Manager Sales u0026amp; Services, you will define and execute the global technology strategy for Sales, Service, and Commercial Operations. You partner with executive leaders to drive large-scale digital transformations and manage a global portfolio of applications and programs. You’ll shape target architectures, advance AI and omnichannel capabilities, and ensure governance and data privacy. This role offers high visibility to influence the company’s digital engineering landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

• Own the general investment portfolio and capability roadmap
• Partner with Sales, Service and Customer Experience leadership

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 15+ years of IT, Digital Transformation or Commercial Technology leadership
• Strong experience in Industrial B2B Sales, Customer Service or Commercial Operations environments
• Deep understanding of CRM and customer xqbhyrx technology platforms
• Proven track record managing global portfolios and budgets
• Demonstrated success leading large international transformation programs
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skil
