We are a fast-growing, dynamic Fintech startup headquartered in Europe, and following our steady growth, we are thrilled to establish our new hub in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and versatile Junior HR & Talent Specialist to act as the right hand to our general HR Director. In this high-impact role, you will drive our recruitment efforts in Spain while serving as the local anchor for HR administration, employee relations, and employer branding.

What you’ll be doing:

- Talent Acquisition (~50–60%): Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and business roles across Europe using LinkedIn Recruiter, local tech boards, and referral networks.
- Local HR Operations (~25–30%): Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with our external Spanish payroll partner, and ensure local compliance (Registro Horario, PRL, medical checks).
- Employer Branding & Vibe (~10–15%): Help establish Banank’s employer brand in Madrid, organize local meetups,



and share our team culture on social media.
- 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition experience (agency or tech/startup environment preferred).
- Native/Bilingual Spanish and Professional/Fluent English (our daily working language).
- Basic understanding of Spanish employment processes and onboarding requirements.
- Proactive, organized, and hands-on mindset with an "ownership culture."
