MissionAs Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR) Practitioner, you are responsible for practicing and applying design reliability and robustness processes, tools, and software across several Squads to ensure that Schneider Electric products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust and reliable.



Working closely with Marketing and Engineering Teams, you set work priorities and provide guidance to other professionals. You foster a quality mindset within the team, and coordinate design and industrialization quality activities for new product introduction.
