We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team,



and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Station Manager II, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a medium to large car rental station within our Network & Stations team, part of the broader Operations function. This is a supervisory management role where you will implement strategy with an operational focus and achieve goals through others, including full management authority for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
