Job DescriptionSeeking a Manager – Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing the employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). The role will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position and can be based in Basingstoke (UK), Barcelona (Spain), or Warsaw (Poland).ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalabilityLead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metricsConduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvementsReduce cycle times, errors, rework,



and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processesBuild reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunitiesPartner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management effortsEstablish and drive integral process standards, templates, and documentation across People OperationsIdentify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), and other digital toolsPartner with HRIS and HRIT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvementsDrive adoption of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) models and self-service solutions to reduce manual work and improve user experiencePreferred EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related fieldMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferredPreferred Experience10-14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery (HRSD) environmentsProven track record
