As an Associate Clinical Programmer at Novartis, you will be significant contributor in advancing Risk-Based Quality Management (RbQM) and our Central Monitoring platform. You will participate in data-driven clinical operations through advanced analytics, intelligent reporting, and scalable technology solutions. Working alongside cross-functional experts,



you will help shape the future of clinical data operations by delivering meaningful insights, driving operational excellence, and enabling smarter decisions across general clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to Central Monitoring Platform outputs development using Statistical Analysis System programming and clinical data standards.
- Develop analytics dashboards, reports ( KRIs, QTLs and DQA like statistical tests), data pipelines, and monitoring outputs for clinical operations.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions that improve user experience.
- Perform operations like Extract, clean, merge, subset, and derive clinical and operational datasets.
- Partner with study teams, statisticians, and Central Monitoring colleagues to clarify output requirements.
- Participate in quality checks and validation routines to ensure complete, accurate reports monitoring data.
