Role Purpose
The focus of the role will be supporting the sales team,



providing data, knowledge and relevant information of potential opportunities. Not only from internal sources, but also from external ones.

This role is central to the success of the sales team, working constantly in partnership with all of CBRE's Lines of Business, Research and data team driving collaboration and ultimately supporting the growth in our win rates.

This is predominantly an internal facing role although there will be occasions when there will be few direct interaction with the clients.

- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms, market research databases) to extract relevant information and generate actionable insights.
