In this mid‑management role, you will act as a key technical anchor for our beachfront resort. Specifically, you will coordinate corrective maintenance tasks and manage technical‑legal preventive plans. You will also oversee engineering teams and control annual maintenance budgets. By doing so,

Your Mission: Facility Excellence & Technical Leadership
Your primary goal involves driving technical operational success across our 5‑star resort. To achieve this, you will execute structured preventive and legal maintenance plans. At the same time, you will keep all machinery, systems, and guest facilities pristine. Therefore, you will manage daily work orders and perform routine building inspections. Additionally, you will direct technical personnel, track energy consumption, and control maintenance budgets. As a result, you will eliminate technical bottlenecks and protect our hotel’s reputation for luxury excellence.
