Position: FIDIC Contract Manager – Data Center Project

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to collaborate with us on the construction of a Data Center in Vicálvaro (Madrid). If you have experience in FIDIC contracts, claims management, and large-scale international construction projects, we want to meet you
Your Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration and execution under the FIDIC Red Book framework.
- Lead variation management, claims, counterclaims, and delay analysis activities.
- Establish and maintain contract management systems and claim alert mechanisms, ensuring compliance with contractual notice requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Extension of Time (EOT), variation orders, and cost claims.
- Coordinate with construction, planning, cost control, and technical teams for evidence collection, event recording, and contractual analysis.
- Prepare claim submissions, contractual notices, commercial correspondence, and formal claim documentation.
- Monitor critical path changes, identify schedule risks, and support claim strategy development.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for main contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.
- Review contractual correspondence, meeting minutes, variation instructions, and related documentation.
- Support dispute avoidance and dispute resolution processes, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in acceleration analysis, resource impact evaluation, and delay assessment studies.
