Take raw footage, UGC, and assets provided by Creative Strategists and transform them into high-performing ad variations (testing different hooks, CTAs, visual styles, and pacing).

Collaborate closely with strategists, but maintain the autonomy to improvise, draft quick edits, or work independently when detailed briefs aren’t available.

Possess a solid understanding of short-form ad dynamics-knowing what makes a hook work, how to maintain viewer retention, and how to drive action.
